At Perfume Villa, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Perfumes may be returned even if they have been opened or used.
• Products must be returned to Perfume Villa for inspection before a refund is issued.
• The returned product must match the product originally shipped by Perfume Villa and must not have been intentionally damaged or altered.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the issue and, where applicable, provide a replacement or refund.

Return Process

The customer will need to send the product back to Perfume Villa at their own return shipping cost. Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to verify its condition and confirm that it meets our return requirements.
